Where can I find a listing of my tickets?
Solution
To view your tickets,
- Visit this page to access your tickets.
- Select "Forgot tracking ID?" below the ticket lookup form.
- Enter your email address.
- Select either "open" or "all" tickets.
- Press "Send me my tracking ID."
Once you've completed these steps, an email will be delivered to you within 15 minutes containing a list of applicable tickets, names, and the current status of each ticket.
